A series of n + 1 Voigt peak functions of the form $$ f[n](x, \Gamma, \sigma, x_\mathrm{cec}, p_\mathrm{cec}) = \sum\limits_{k = 0}^n p_\mathrm{cec}^k\mathrm{Voigt} (x - k x_\mathrm{cec}, \Gamma, \sigma). $$
